Diese Woche trainierst du 3 x eine gute Dreiviertelstunde im Stand. Du brauchst keine Hilfsmittel – nur genauso viel gute Laune beim Training wie Lena, Felix und Michi!
In Woche 2 wird dein Workout um Übungen zur Verbesserung der Koordination und Balance ergänzt – schließlich ist Skifahren eine sehr komplexe Bewegungsform. Du trainierst weiter im Stand und ohne Hilfsmittel, nun jeweils gut eine Stunde lang.
Los geht’s in der dritten Woche wie gewohnt mit einem Mobilisationspart, darauf folgt ein Mix aus Cardio-Training, Koordinations-Übungen & Körperkräftigung mit Schwerpunkt Beine, Po & Core. Beim abschließenden Stretching kannst du so
