In Woche 1 legst du dein Cardio-Fundament mit knackigem Ausdauertraining, BBP-Moves und einer Fatburner-Einheit. Ab in dein Trainingsoutfit und los geht’s!
In Woche 2 steht intensives BBP-, Cardio- und Kraftausdauer-Training auf dem Programm. Sollte es dir zu sprunglastig werden, marschiere zwischendurch einfach dynamisch am Platz.
Bereit für Woche 3? Freu dich auf noch mehr fordernde Fatburner-Moves und dynamisches Cardio-Training gewürzt mit einer Prise Kraftausdauer. Besonders beim High Intensity-Training gilt: Fordere, aber überfordere dich nicht!
In Woche 4 lassen Cardio-Intervalle und Functional Fatburner-Moves dein Herz höher schlagen. Kombiniert werden sie mit Bodyshaping und Kraftausdauer-Übungen – für besonders nachhaltige Trainingsergebnisse!
Auf in Woche 5 mit einer weiteren geballten Ladung Cardio und Fatburner. Wieder gilt: Trainiere immer auf deinem Level – und achte besonders bei schwierigen Moves auf eine exakte Übungsausführung!
