Mini-Workouts, wie die "Schulterlockerung" oder "Augenyoga", sorgen für einen frischen, entspannten Blick und fördern die Beweglichkeit deiner Augen. Die Übungen sind für Einsteiger und Fortgeschrittene gleichermaßen geeignet.
Wichtig ist, dass du dabei deine Atmung locker und entspannt fließen lässt und das Blinzeln nicht vergisst, um deine Augen zu befeuchten.
Hinweis: Bei Augenproblemen solltest du einen Facharzt um Rat fragen, bevor du mit dem Training beginnst. Im Falle einer Netzhautablösung sind fordernde Beweglichkeitsübungen leider nicht geeignet.
