Full Body Workout - LTB and core
Description
Are you looking for a way to do some LTB and core training all at the same time? Then this short workout is the perfect fit for you! Fitness expert Stefanie Rohr and co-presenter Carlos will show you a series of effective exercise combinations, varying in intensity and speed, that will help you get a nice and strong core, amazing legs and a perky butt.
Start by warming up, preferably with Steffi's designed warm-up, and then head over to your mat! You'll do some demanding push-ups and a mix of lifting and stretching exercises in a quadruped or heel sit position that will strengthen your legs, glutes and shoulders! During the second part of this session, which is also floor-based, you will focus on getting a strong core. A combination of holding, stretching and rotational leg and arm exercises that together with a varied mix of crunches will give more strength to your core.
Pay attention to a good body tension when doing all exercises. After this workout, Steffi's stretching session will be waiting for you - there's no better way to relax your muscles!
Tip: Steffi and co-presenter Carlos will show you how to scale some of the exercises. If you decide to do one of the scaled versions, make sure you always choose one that works for you! You can also just hold a position and continue with the exercises once you've recovered a bit.
