Description
The title of this challenging workout from Michaela Süßbauer says it all! Expect an effective combination of intensive cardio and strength exercises that will not only tone your muscles and challenge your endurance, but will also get you in shape, improve your balance and coordination, and get rid of those extra pounds.
You'll start with a short warm-up and then get right to work! First up are two standing high-impact workouts full of jumps, leg lifts, squats, etc., where you'll also work your arms, followed by another low-impact workout, which is a bit slower but just as intensive. You'll then head over to your mat and follow the exercises that Michi has prepared for you to gain a stable core, a strong back, a slim waist and a nice bum. Biceps push-ups, planks and swimming in various positions are some of the exercises you'll be doing during this part. The stretching that you'll do at the end of this workout is specifically designed for you to relax your muscles and feel the effects of the training.
Tip: Make sure to always do all exercises correctly. Start slowly and then gradually increase the speed and intensity. Michi always includes easier versions of the featured exercises.

Der Bauch kommt allerdings ein wenig kurz
Und Michaela kann einen immer wieder motivieren noch das Letzte aus sich rauszuholen!
Eher ein Muskelausdauerworkout statt Cardio.
Hatte was anderes erwartet war aber trotzdem super 🙂
Bei einer Übung konnte ich die Option mit Sprung noch nicht mithalten- also noch "Luft nach oben"😉
