In diesem fließend-dynamischen Kurs zeigt dir Julia Schuppel tolle Übungen am Boden, mit denen du deinen Körper dehnst und mobilisierst. Angelehnt an Elemente aus dem Ballett-Training werden vor allem deine Beine und dein Oberkörper dabei aktiviert und schön geschmeidig gelockert. Außerdem gewinnst du an Körperspannung und -beherrschung, denn natürlich solltest du alle Moves möglichst kontrolliert ausführen (Julia gibt dir genaue Anleitungen dazu).
Tipp: Falls du noch nicht so weit wie Julia in die Dehnung gehen kannst, ist das gar kein Problem. Jeder Mensch ist unterschiedlich flexibel; mit regelmäßiger Übung wirst du schon bald deinen Bewegungsradius vergrößern.

Die Übungen an sich finde ich sehr wirksam, aber für meinen Stretching-Geschmack viel zu schnell.

Fand den Kurs leider viel zu schnell und wenig intuitiv, ich bin da nicht mitgekommen und man steigt dann irgendwie aus, weil die Übungen nicht leicht nachvollziehbar ist...schade
