Dieser Toning-Kurs auf und mit dem Trampolin sorgt für eine straffe Muskulatur an Bauch, Beinen und Po sowie einen wohlgeformten Body. Vorab kannst du optional ein fünfminütiges Warm-up machen, um deinen Kreislauf anzukurbeln und die Muskeln aufzuwärmen.
Du startest das Toning in Rückenlage auf dem Trampolin mit klassischen und seitlichen Sit-ups sowie Straight Leg Levers, bei denen du deine ausgestreckten Beine mit festem Bauch nach oben und unten führst. Im Anschluss kreuzt du die Beine. Setze dich nun auf den Po und mache eine Ruderbewegung mit Armen und Beinen im Wechsel. Für die letzten drei Übungen steigst du vom Trampolin und kommst mit Hilfe des Übungsgeräts in die geraden und seitlichen Planks. Halte die Spannung - du schaffst das!
