Tipp: Faszienrollen gibt es in unterschiedlichen Härtegraden und Formen. Welche Rolle für dich die richtige ist, erfährst du vom jeweiligen Hersteller. Versuche beim Üben immer tief und entspannt zu atmen, auch wenn es beim Mitmachen etwas "zwickt". Erik empfiehlt für seinen Kurs eine glatte Rolle mit einer für dich passenden Härte.
