"This functional back training class by Stefanie Rohr is gonna give your back strength and flexibility.
Together with her co-presenter Erik Strupat, this heart-winning instructor will show you how to do these dynamic and powerfull moves that strengthen and mobilize your back, tone your abs and give you the phantastic feeling of freedom of movement. If you exercise on a regular basis, you will soon benefit from these moves that stabilize your core and strengthen your back in a way you will state ""we have your back""!
You will see several levels in one go and can decide which one you are going to pick. If you wanna add some extra weight by lifting some barbells or simply water bottles, you are welcome to spice up your level and do so! You will warm-up your body with a nice and smooth sequence, followed by two blocks of exercises standing. This routine is gonna tone up your arms, shoulders and back in a very fun and easy way. Eric is gonna show you the advanced levels in all exrecises."
