Description
Stefanie Rohr and Erik Strupat will show you dynamic exercises in an upright standing position. Not only your back, but also your shoulders and your arms will get stronger through this workout. You could also do a short warm-up session to prepare your body. Please keep focused on your posture and alignment throughout the program.
Stefanie Rohr is gonna show you the easier basic program whilst Erik is gonna do the more advanced version. This helps you to attain your personal level and makes it easier to step up a level if you feel like doing so. Should you be a newbie to exercising, you could leave the weights or water bottles aside to get started and learn the moves properly.
