Description
This program has got a strong focus on your back and ab muscles. Planks and side planks help you tackle the deep core muscles and build up a strong base. Again, Erik is gonna show the advanced moves, Stefanie the easier ones.
Rotational exercises are gonna help you improve your flexibility and mobility of the back plus, you are gonna feel a deep relief when your range of motion is getting wider. Before you are starting your session, you could put a warm-up to stretch your session for a few more minutes of well-being.
Please do all exercises as carefully and conciously as possible to get the max out of it. This is not about finishing as quick as possible, but about your connection with your body and your own speed.
