Es müsste mehr erklärt werden, worauf man achten muss. Habe mich immer wieder dabei erwischt, dass ich etwas falsch machte und für "Unerfahrene" kann das unangenehm werden... Außerdem hat mir (mal wieder) ein Warm-up gefehlt.

Frustrierend. Der Kurs ist als "einfach" eingestuft. Einige Übungen kann ich nicht im entferntesten machen. Es werden keine leichten Alternativen angeboten. Diese Kurse sind doch nicht nur für jung, schlank und drahtig, oder? 😕
