Description
In this beginners block you will be training your abs and burning some fat. You'll start with a standing warm-up during which you'll do various crunches and stretching exercises that will prepare your core muscles.
It'll then be time to get down to business! Head over to your mat for 3 rounds of different, yet exhausting and, therefore, extremely effective ab exercises. If you are not able to do all rounds one after the other, just take a short break and then continue. Lateral crunches with extended or bended legs, plank shoulder taps and diagonal crunches are waiting for you! With this unit, whether it's at the end or in between exercises, you'll also be bringing length and width to your abdomen. You'll finish off with a stretching session that will help with muscle relaxation.
Note: Steffi and co-presenter Bianca Grzegorek will show how to scale these exercises so you can adapt the difficultly of this ab workout to your level of fitness.

Ich habe es etwas langsamer gemacht, dafür öfter wiederholt. Und für den Nacken immer wieder Kopf nach rechts und links gedreht.
Frage: ist das Warm-up immer gleich, bei Kurs 1 + heute 2 war es so? Danke, Dany
Es wäre hilfreich beim Erklären zu sagen, wann man Ein- und Ausatmen soll.
