Durch die progressive Muskelrelaxation kannst du mit Hilfe der bewussten An- und Entspannung verschiedener Muskelgruppen tief in die Entspannung finden. Achte darauf, dass du währenddessen nicht abgelenkt wirst. Am besten du schaltest dein Handy oder Telefon ab. Dein Atem fließt währen dieser Übungseinheit ruhig und gleichmäßig.
Tipp: Du kannst das Workout in normaler Alltagskleidung oder im lockeren Bürooutfit durchführen.

Schön entspannend & dann auch noch vor so schöner Kulisse, falls man doch die Augen nicht geschlossen halten kann. Ich kannte PMR bislang immer nur für noch kleinere Muskelgruppen (nur die Zehen, nur die Hände, nur der Mund...) Das aber so in Kombination zu machen ist mal was anderes. 🙂
