Ich finde den Kurs generell toll, aber wenn man das Programm macht, wiederholt sich zu viel.

Grundsätzlich okay. Manche Übungen sind zu schnell. Etwas genauere Angaben wären prima, rechts, links etc.

Zwischendurch mal ein paar neue Übungen wären toll- insbesondere, wenn die Trainings so kurz aufeinander folgen, ist es sonst etwas zäh...! Nichts desto trotz: ich halte durch 😃 In Woche 4 merke ich tatsächlich tolle Resultate! Danke Steffi!
