Die Flows sind toll. Die Abfolgen fordern zusätzlich die grauen Zellen. Ich mag die persönliche Ansprache. Leider habe ich das Aufstehen ohne Hände nur ein Mal geschafft...Ich bleibe aber dran!
Toller Kurs, einfach allein die Tatsache, dass die Flows einfach aneinander gehängt werden ist nicht so meins.

ein ganz super Kurs, für mich ganz neue, herausfordernde Übungungen, ich kam richtig ins Schwitzen, spüre gleich danach die Wirkung und Verbesserung! Abwechslungsreich und anspruchsvoll! Gern wieder!
