Mein absolut liebstes Programm. Die Lehrerin erklärt alles wunderbar einfühlsam und detailgenau. Es sind kurze kleine Einheiten, wenn man mal etwas Entspannung benötigt. Ideal zum Runterfahren, für einen schönen Start in den Tag oder auch als Einschlafprogramm am Abend. Für mich auch sehr schön, die kurzen Alignments am Anfang. Danke liebe Ate!
