Kurz und sehr gut, kann man ggf. auch zweimal anschauen. Mir kommen nur Zweifel, dass t atsächlich die Kalorien verbrannt werden. Tut der Qualität des Kurses aber keinen Abbruch 🙂

Die Kursreihe gefällt mir gut, allerdings ist die Übung "Fersensitz" und "Kamel" für mich mit Knieproblemen nicht zu machen.
FR: Wenn du Knieprobleme hast, kannst du auch gerne ein Sitzkissen benutzen, so dass der Druck auf die Knie geringer wird.Im Kniestand kann ein gefaltetes untergelegt werden. Beim Kamel musst du leider auf die schwierigere Variante ausweichen, mit gestreckten Beinen, allerdings musst du nicht gleich zu Beginn die Position so lange halten können (Red.)

Sehr sympathische Yoga-Lehrerin, tolle Anweisungen! Nur schade, dass die Sequenzen so kurz sind. Aber sonst top!
