Ein toller Kurs in einem gut machbaren Tempo mit einer motivierenden Trainerin! Besonders gefällt mir, dass nicht nur Beine und Po, sondern mit einer super Miniband-Übung auch die Armmuskeln trainiert werden und dass es zwischendurch kurze Päuschen zum Durchatmen gibt. Dazu eine traumhafte Kulisse!

Auch bei diesem Kurs endet der Warm up plötzlich bei 19 s und springt in den Beine/Po Express.
