Description
Intensive yoga is a powerful mix of traditional yoga flows and dynamic physical training.
Master Young-Ho Kim and his co-presenters will (also) get advanced yoga fans to break a sweat with this demanding yoga class - guaranteed!
You will start with a dynamic and demanding Vinyasa flow that will mobilize your spine, knee and hip joints, improve blood circulation and work on strength and resistance. You will then continue with our “Balance & Strength” – a challenging flow with 17 different postures that will improve your balance, strength and endurance, and stretch certain parts of your body.
After doing a series of asanas, you will complete different stretching exercises (which will train your strength and endurance) and a final relaxation session.
This multilevel course will show its different levels of difficulty simultaneously, allowing you to mix up or intensify this training if desired.
