Description
Intensive yoga is a powerful mix of traditional yoga flows and dynamic physical training.
Master Young-Ho Kim and his co-presenters will (also) get advanced yoga fans to break a sweat with this demanding yoga class - guaranteed! Although this course focuses on stretching and gaining flexibility, your strength and coordination will also be trained.
You will begin with a dynamic Vinyasa flow that will mobilize your spine, knee and hip joints, improve blood circulation, train your strength and endurance, and stretch your leg and back muscles. You then continue with some intense stretching exercises and a final relaxation session.
This multilevel course will show its different levels of difficulty simultaneously, allowing you to mix up or intensify this training if desired.
