This course focuses on the "Vinyasa Flow", a dynamic, flowing sequence of exercises. It will mobilize your spine, knee and hip joints, improve blood circulation, train your strength and endurance, and stretch your leg and back muscles. This is most definitely an exciting flow for those experienced yoga fans. Could it also be a good alternative to the Sun Salutation?
Easier versions of these exercises will be also featured. They are not always announced, so we do encourage you to have a look at the whole exercise before deciding if you rather go for one of the simpler versions. You won’t need any equipment except for a yoga mat.
To finish this course, you will do a relaxation session in Savasana.
