Alex Epperson führt dich durch verschiedene Übungen, mit denen du die Muskeln deines gesamten Körpers effektiv kräftigst. Bevor dich Squats und Standwaage erwarten, bereitest du deinen Körper mit dem Warm-up auf die Belastung vor. Im Cooldown dehnst und entspannst du deine Muskulatur gemeinsam mit Elisa Dambeck. Warm-up und Cooldown enthalten auch Übungen am Boden. Hierfür benötigst du eine Matte.

Gefällt mir gar nicht, da es sich um Übungen im Stand handelt und bereits beim Aufwärmen Übungen auf der Matte gemacht werden. Unter der Rubrik "Stand" erwarte ich ein komplettes Training im Stand!!!
