Das wird anstrengend, doch lohnt sich – für deine Gesundheit, für dein Körpergefühl und zur Körperformung.
Faustregel: Das Gewicht ist richtig gewählt, wenn du die letzte Wiederholung gerade noch technisch korrekt durchführen kannst.
