Sehr schön dabei: Diarra erklärt dir beim Üben sehr viele der wichtigsten "Basics" für die Yogapraxis und gibt tolle Tipps und Hinweise zur Ausrichtung und Ausführung.

Schön, dass es endlich ortho yoga hier gibt. Kurs ist inhaltlich gut. Die Erklärungen würde ich mir kurz und präzise wünschen(1 Satz, dass das Knie über dem fuss sein muss, fertig;).
