Durch zu wenig Stimulation im Alltag ist unser Blickfeld häufig eingeschränkt. Dies führt zum Erschlaffen der (Augen-)Muskulatur und einen "müden" Blick.
Dem wollen wir hier entgegenwirken: Vivi zeigt dir in diesem Modul einige Akupressurpunkte, deren Stimulation dir z.B. gegen Kopfschmerzen helfen kann. Die Übungen für die Augenmuskulatur ermöglichen es uns, den Vagusnerv anzusteuern, der zusätzlich für eine Tiefenentspannung im Schulter-Nackenbereich sorgen kann.
Die Übungen dieser Einheit eignen sich übrigens besonders gut für Personen, die viel am PC arbeiten müssen, da sie gestresste und müde Augen wieder beleben und erfrischen und den ungeliebten "Puffy Eyes" entgegenwirken.
