Beim anschließenden Workout mit Kugelhantel (Kettlebell), kannst du deinen ganzen Körper wirksam formen und straffen, Kraft und Kraftausdauer trainieren sowie deine Koordination und Balance verbessern.
Hinweise: Achte beim Üben immer auf eine gute Körperspannung und eine präzise Ausführung der Bewegungsabläufe. Hilfreiche Tipps dazu gibt dir Robert in der Einführung, die separat als Kurs gelistet ist.

Mag diese kurzen Workouts auch sehr, man puscht den Kreislauf schön, tut gut!

Perfekt als kleines Cardio-/Kraftworkout, komplett im Stand und sehr kurzweilig 😍 Die neuen Kurzvarianten sind sehr gut, wenn man nur wenig Zeit hat. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn es endlich neue Kickboxing- und Kettlebellkurse (am liebsten von Robert) gäbe, aber die Hoffnung habe ich nach so vielen Jahren aufgegeben.
