Bis auf die Wadenũbung, waren mir die restlichen Übungen zu schwer und konnte sie nur ein einer leichteren Form und weniger Wiederholungen schaffen 😩

Hat wieder sehr viel Spaß gemacht, ich finde die kurzen Workouts die man miteinander kombinieren kann wie man möchte super und habe mich sehr gefreut, dass es wieder Neue von Elisa gibt 👍
