Elisas kleines, aber feines Rücken-Workout macht ihr als Intervalltraining: 45 Sekunden Belastung wechseln sich mit 15 Sekunden Pause ab.
Zuerst im Stand, dann am Boden trainiert Elisa mit dir Kraft und Beweglichkeit mit Schwerpunkt auf der Rückenmuskulatur und Übungen, die deinen Rücken fit machen für die speziellen Anforderungen, die die Schwangerschaft an ihn stellt.
Bitte schau dir, bevor du mit dem Training beginnst, unbedingt Elisas Einführungs-Video zu dieser Kursreihe an und hole dir das Einverständnis deines Arztes/deiner Ärztin, dass du Sport machen kannst.
