’After Work’ Bonus-Session: Beim letzten Workout dieser Kursreihe „powern wir uns so richtig aus!“ verkündet Elisa gleich zu Anfang. Nimmst du die Herausforderung an? Na klar!
Ihr startet mit Squats und Curtsy Lunges, die Beine und Po herrlich zum Brennen bringen. Zweite Übung des ersten Blocks: Power Burpees! (Du dachtest doch wohl nicht, dass du um Burpees herumkommst, oder?)
Im zweiten Block gebt ihr dann nochmal Vollgas mit Heel Touches und Military Push Ups: Alles brennt, der Schweiß läuft und die Laune steigt.
Elisa steht dir zur Seite, feuert dich an und wenn sie dir am Schluss sagt, wie stolz sie auf dich ist, wirst du garantiert mit ihr um die Wette strahlen!
