Und genau darauf basiert Elisas Konzept des Mindful HIIT: zuerst mit einem Warm-up, einer Mobilisation und zwei knackigen Ganzkörper-HIIT-Einheiten so richtig Auspowern. Danach dann die Verbindung von körperlicher mit geistiger Entspannung herzustellen und zu vertiefen. Lass’ dich einfach darauf ein – du wirst es garantiert genießen!
Im HIIT-Teil des Workout 2 gibt es wieder fünf Übungen, die mit 40 Sekunden Belastungs- und 20 Sekunden Pausenzeit und in zwei Runden trainiert werden. Beine, Po, Core, Arme, Herz-Kreislauf-System: Alles arbeitet – natürlich wieder mit einer hübschen Steigerung in Runde 2.
