Durch fließende Moves wird der Körper sanft mobilisiert. Die Wirbelsäule wird bewegt und aufgerichtet, Verspannungen und Blockaden werden gelöst. Dass auch Beine und Po quasi "nebenbei" mittrainiert werden, ist ein zusätzliches Plus dieses kurzen, aber sehr effektiven Workouts.
