Ich schließe mich Judith an - sehr hektisch, die Wechsel werden so nicht gut erklärt und auch sonst gäbe es da noch ein paar Dinge, die man als beachtenswert erwähnen könnte. Alles in allem sehr kompakt, weniger Übungen und dafür mehr Wiederholungen wären m.E. effektiver.

schade, kann in dieser Woche von allen Kursen den mittleren Teil nicht machen, da es permanent läd. Erster und letzter Teil sind OK😕
