Hab das als absoluter Yoga-Neuling ganz gut hinbekommen, war fordernd aber machbar und alles gut erklärt. Was mir gefehlt hat, war die Erklärung vom herabschauenden Hund, das hab ich mir dann irgendwie zusammengereimt

Gut und ruhig erklärt, die Übung "der Pflug" ist aber nichts für Anfänger. Es scheitert schon daran, dass der Pobereich zu schwer ist, um ihn hochzustemmen😉
