Anna Trökes, founder of this Yoga workout, found her own practice of yoga after a sports accident. She is one of the well known yoga teachers and author of many yoga books. Her yoga has helped not only her, but hundreds of her students to get pain free and maintain a healthy back for decades now.
This class contains proven exercises such as shoulder bridge, down dog and cobra which are being explained and demonstrated carefully. Therefore, this session suits beginners without any previous yoga experience as well as intermediate to advanced students.

schlecht fand ich allerdings die nicht immer glücklich abgestimmten übergänge zwischen den einzelnen Übungen, wobei man leider klar merkt dass dies keine zusammenhängend aufgenommene Einheit ist sondern aus bausteinen besteht😕
FR: Wenn man Probleme mit den Knien oder der Handgelenken hat, hilft es manchmal, wenn man ein zusammengerolltes Handtuch oder Matte unterlegt. (Red.)
