Description
In this effective program by sports scientist Dirk Pinnig, Ina Münsberg and Sven Friedrich will show you how to target your back problems and strengthen your entire back musculature.
You will start with a warm-up that will gently mobilize and strengthen the muscles of your entire upper body. You’ll then do a series of exercises for your abs, pelvic floor, waist, legs, glutes and, of course, let’s not forget your back! Your entire back musculature will be thoroughly trained and stretched.
Some of the great side effects of this training is that it releases tension and gets rid of headaches!
