Michaela Süßbauer’s full “Fat-burning Power” class really boosts fat-burning. With this varied and intensive workout, you will drop some pounds and get a nice and firm shape, all while having fun!
After a dynamic warm-up, you will go on to tackling those popular problem areas around the love handles. It’s a great mix of exercises to get beautiful slim legs, a nice butt and a flat stomach.
You will then start with the dynamic parts. A series of lively choreographies that will get rid of some pounds and bring some variety and momentum to the workout. The name of this program (Fat-burning Power Moves) says it all: these long and fast-paced aerobic sequences and choreographies will give you those dancing feels! Don’t worry if you’re not able to follow every step right away. Just keep moving! With each workout, these choreographies will get easier. Practice makes perfect – here too!
You will finish off with some stretching exercises to help you relax, bring your heartrate down, and loosen and stretch those stressed muscles. Pure relaxation!
