Figurtraining im Flow - für mehr Kraft, Beweglichkeit und Energie.
Bei diesem kurzem Flow liegt der Fokus auf dem Rücken sowie Armen und Bauch. Alle Übungen werden auf der Matte ausgeführt. Sie schulen unter anderem die Körperbalance, Koordination und Kraftausdauer, stärken den Körper von innen heraus.
Ein tolles "Body and Mind"-Workout von Silke Hellwig und Bernd Fabiankowits, das wie ein natürliches Anti-Aging-Programm wirkt und den Körper sanft formt, strafft und dehnt.
