Verstehe die Kritikpunkte nicht. Insgesamt 4 Sonnnengrüße, eher langsam. Der ganze Kurs ist sehr meditativ und entspannend, mein persönlicher Kalorienverbrauch 17 kcal (mit der Fitbit gemessen). Es fließt also kein Schweißtropfen. Wirklich nur für absolute Entspannung geeignet.

Kann den Kritikpunkten nur zustimmen. Ich mache schon länger Yoga, aber dieses Husch-Husch beim Sonnengruß kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Kaum eine Position kann man ruhig und sauber erreichen.

Ich finde den Sonnengruß auch zu schnell. Jetzt mache ich schon einige Zeit Yoga, aber in dem TEmpo kommt man nicht sauber in die Positionen. Ansonsten nettes, kleines Training.
