Description
You'll start with a complete fitness package that has all the moves you need to get a fit, slim and toned body. Training with Michi couldn't possibly be more effective and powerful!
Our friendly Munich native will begin with a smooth warm-up and some functional mobilization. By doing this, you'll prepare your musculoskeletal system for this intense workout. Get ready to say goodbye to those love handles with this dynamic intermediate to advanced training.
You'll then continue with a mix of fat burning, body shaping and cardio exercises that will boost your metabolism, improve your level of fitness and help you get that perfect hourglass-shape! In part B, you'll also be able to see other variations and add use some weights. If you want to intensify your training, this is the time to do so.
You'll finish off with some stretching and relaxation that will stretch your stressed muscles and lower your heart rate.
Note: Although the pace is quite fast, you still need to make sure to do all exercises correctly. It'll help prevent muscle soreness and injuries.

Über 600 cal halte ich leider für übertrieben aber schön wäre es 😉
Die tänzerischen Moves fand ich richtig klasse aber leider waren sie immer schon vorbei wenn ich sie gerade kapiert hatte 😛
aber spaß macht der kurs trotzdem
