HALLO, hier fehlte mir ein bisschen Erklärung zur richtigen Haltung, z.B. Rücken gestreckt bei der Übung für die Oberschenkelrückseite oder bei der Streckung Hüftbeuger Fuß vor dem gebeugtes Knie. 😕🙂
