Sehr anstrengend... Die Spider-Liegestütz haben es in sich! Zwar nur 7 Minuten aber man kommt trotzdem ordentlich ins schwitzen. Eine Kombi mit einem anderen kurzen Kurs ist gut machbar. 😍
