"If you've internalized all the movements shown in the ""Let it flow"" session and are able to do them quite easily, it means that you are ready for this next level!
The title of this session says it all: Intensive Flows! Anette Alvaredo and her co-presenter will show you a series of rather challenging exercises with dynamic transitions that requires a good level of fitness and previous practice with pilates. This training will give you more endurance, coordination and flexibility, stretch and strengthen your body, and improve your posture and balance.
When doing these exercises, it's important to find your own speed so you are able to align your movements to your breathing, and to be as precise as possible in all movements. If you aren't able to go at the same pace as Anette and Melanie, it's much better for you to do one less repetition than to do all of them incorrectly.

Ja- aber wo ist die Erwärmung und der Cooldown 😕?
Ansonsten echt top!!😛
Stehe mehr auf die langsamer durchgeführten Kurse.
Die Übungen ansich sind sehr schön aber insgesamt zu flottes Tempo, schade.😕
