In diesem Kurs zeigt die Dr. Lena Reisloh tolle Übungen zum Dehnen und Entspannen. Sie benutzt dafür einen Gymnastikball. Wenn du keinen hast, kannst du dich aber auch auf einen Stuhl setzen. Die Bewegungen sind klein, setzen aber einen willkommenen Dehnungsreiz. Er hilft dir Muskelkater nach dem Training vorzubeugen, Verspannungen zu lösen und den gesamten Körper wohltuend zu stretchen.
Noch ein Tipp: Bitte hole dir unbedingt vor Trainingsbeginn das Einverständnis deines Arztes ein und achte während des Übens immer gut auf dein eigenes Körpergefühl. Fühlst du dich unwohl, gehe aus der Stellung oder mache weniger Wiederholungen. Treten Schmerzen auf, brich das Workout ab und konsultiere ggf. einen Arzt.
