Fitness-Expertin Julia Schuppel macht dich mit Burpees, Deep Squats und der Bridge fit für den Strand. Vor allem Beine und Po bekommen dabei buchstäblich ihr Fett weg, aber auch der Rest des Körpers wird gefordert, denn das Workout aktiviert die Muskulatur bis in die Tiefe. Zudem wird der Bauch dadurch schön flach und straff modelliert.
Bei der Bridge wird auf unterschiedlichem Niveau trainiert (Multilevel). Julia zeigt dir dabei jeweils die kraftvollen Basic-Varianten der Übung, ihre Co-Presenterin Lea die Ausführung für Fortgeschrittene.
Achte beim Mitmachen bitte auf eine gute Körperspannung und eine saubere Ausführung. Wenn du zwischendurch mal nicht mehr kannst, bleibe bitte locker in Bewegung und steige wieder ein, wenn du wieder Puste hast.
