Description
Fitness expert Stefanie Rohr presents you with a great short session that you can do to start your day full of life and energy.
You will start with a mobilization routine that will dynamically warm up, stretch and loosen your muscles. You’ll then go on to doing Sun Salutations, an exercise that ensures good blood flow to the muscles and helps work towards a firm body. These Sun Salutations will be carried out powerfully and in a flowing motion. Pay attention to a good body tension and make sure you are doing all exercises correctly.
