Description
Stefanie Rohr will show you a highly effective mix of classic exercises from functional workouts and elements from Vinyasa Power Yoga.
This short workout mainly focuses on the deep muscles around you stomach, back and pelvic floor area that have the function of holding and supporting your core. These exercises will strengthen your core and give you an upright posture. This exercise has a powerful and dynamic flow, which will boost your metabolism and burn countless calories. Please follow Steffi's instructions and make sure that to do all exercises precisely.
You will then go on to loosening and stretching your entire body with this stretching routine that lasts close to 15 minutes. If you can’t go as far as Steffi when you stretch, it’s ok, just go as far as you can. You’ll will become a bit more flexible after each exercise.
