Description
This full-body workout by Stefanie Rohr combines elements from Vinyasa Power Yoga with body-shaping and functional exercises. This workout is strong in dynamic flows, which will stimulate fat burning and increase your fitness with regular training.
You will start with some mobilization to warm up your body and get your muscles, joints and ligaments ready for the training.
Next up are a series of flows for which you’ll need a lot of body tension, especially in your core muscles. The more precisely you do all movements, the better. It will not only help you strengthen, tone and shape your entire body, but also burn countless calories.
The last 15 minutes will consist of a stretching routine that will help you calm down and decrease your heart rate. This active relaxation will reward your body and stretch and loosen your muscles after this strenuous training.
Tip: This workout has a lot of room for improvement. If you are not able to do everything from the get-go just allow yourself some time and space. By training on a regular basis, you’ll see improvement in no time.
