Description
Say goodbye to those love handles with this intensive floor workout that will also bring tone to your muscles and make those pounds drop off!
You'll begin with a detailed warm-up and then roll on to your mat for a challenging combination of exercises that will give you a nicely toned and slim core. Power crunches, triceps push-ups, planks, swimming and the Superman are some of the moves that you'll be doing. Although this class mainly focuses on your abs and back, it doesn't ignore your waist and glutes either! Get into the Child's Pose if you ever feel like you need to relax for a bit. End this session with some stretching - it'll make your muscles feel good!
Tip: Make sure to always do all exercises correctly and pay attention to a good body tension. Challenge but never overwhelm yourself. And remember - this workout has a lot of room for improvement!

Den Cardio-Teil habe ich nicht wahrgenommen.
Ich hatte mich auf intensiveres Bauch-Training gefreut, Level 3 war das für mich nicht
Diese Übungen für mich höchstens mal wieder im Komplettkurs.
Fordernder z.B. Julias "BBP intensiv".
Auch "Bikinifit - Florworks" gefällt mir etwas besser.
