Description
This cardio workout has it all! Three standing power sets that will challenge your endurance and put your legs and glutes to work!
Start with a short warm-up that will increase your body temperature and get you ready for this training! In this first set, Michi will show you an intensive mix of skater jumps, knee lifts and jumping rope exercises that will really push your legs, glutes and cardiovascular system. You'll then continue with a slower, yet intensive low-impact workout full of side-to-sides, lunges and squats. The third and final part of this training will put you to the test with intensive squat variations and standing scales. The cool-down at the end will help you relax!
Tip: Make sure to always do all exercises correctly. Start slowly and then gradually increase the speed and intensity.
